About the Role:

The Accredited Mental Health Clinician plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality mental health services to women, their infants, partners and families experiencing perinatal and infant mental health issues.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the provision of integrated care. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing advanced level clinical services, including individualized and group clinical care, based on their professional training and current ethical clinical practice.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive assessment and care planning monitoring at an advanced level for complex and general caseloads.
  • Ensure effective multidisciplinary teamwork through professional communication and liaison with colleagues, patient/carers and service providers.
  • Liaise with relevant bodies and agencies as required.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Social Work and current registration with a relevant professional body (AASW / AHPRA).
  • Hold or be eligible for a Medicare provider number.
  • Experience running groups and providing individual therapy will be highly regarded.
