Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to provide integrated care to women and families experiencing perinatal mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advanced level clinical services including individualized and group clinical care based on professional training
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans at an advanced level for complex and general caseloads
- Ensure effective teamwork through professional communication and liaison with colleagues, patients/caregivers and service providers
- Liaise with relevant bodies and agencies as required
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Social Work and current registration with the relevant professional body
- Medicare provider number
- Experience running groups and providing individual therapy is highly regarded
