Job Title: Accredited Mental Health Clinician

This role involves working as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team in the provision of integrated care to women, their infants, partners and families experiencing perinatal and infant mental health problems.

The successful applicant will provide advanced level clinical services including individualised and group clinical care based on professional training and current ethical clinical practice.

  • Liaise with compensable bodies, financial institutions and external care agencies where appropriate.
  • Develop comprehensive assessment and care planning monitoring at an advanced level for complex and general caseloads.

A tertiary qualification in Psychology or Social Work is required, along with registration with the relevant professional body and a Medicare provider number.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver advanced level clinical services through individualised and group clinical care.
  2. Maintain effective multidisciplinary teamwork through professional communication and liaison.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess a tertiary qualification in Psychology or Social Work and hold current registration with the relevant professional body. A Medicare provider number is also required.

Experience running groups and providing individual therapy will be highly regarded.
