Perinatal Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled mental health clinician to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to work as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team in the provision of integrated care to women, their infants, partners and families experiencing perinatal and infant mental health problems.
About the Position:- Provides advanced level clinical services including individualised and group clinical care based on professional training and current ethical clinical practice.
- Provides comprehensive assessment and care planning for complex and general caseloads at an advanced level.
- Liaises with external agencies as required.
- Participates in multidisciplinary teamwork through effective communication and liaison with colleagues, patients/carers and service providers.
To be successful, you will have tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Social Work and hold current registration with the relevant professional body. You must also hold or be eligible for a Medicare provider number. Experience running groups and providing individual therapy is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality clinical services to clients in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the needs of clients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in mental health care.

Benefits:Psychotherapist: $79,551 - $118,246 (pro-rata for part-time) plus 12% Superannuation
Social Worker: $75,308 - $109,067 (pro-rata for part-time) plus 12% Superannuation
A competitive salary packaging option is available, allowing you to package up to $18,550 of your salary towards benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment and holiday accommodation.
