Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Administration Specialist to manage claims from application to invoicing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with insurance companies, making informed decisions on liability, and coordinating the delivery and collection of replacement vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take applications/bookings via phone, email, and fax
- Liaise with insurance companies to resolve claims
- Make informed decisions on liability in motor vehicle claims
- Coordinate the delivery and collection of replacement vehicles to clients
- Contact Smash Repair Centres to arrange vehicle repairs
- Action and respond to emails
- Perform general administration duties and data entry
Requirements:
- Confident and friendly phone manner
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate computer and keyboard skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
