About the company:
Acorn Rentals specializes in providing replacement vehicles for individuals involved in automotive accidents, with reimbursement typically handled through insurance providers. Our central office manages all bookings, coordinates vehicle logistics, and oversees claims administration for various branches across the country.

About the role:
The ideal candidate will be part of a youthful and professional team responsible for managing claims from the initial application through to invoicing. Reporting directly to the Claims Administration Manager, this position offers the opportunity to develop a diverse set of clerical and customer service skills with continuous support and training.

We seek candidates who:

  • Possess a confident and friendly phone demeanor
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Have intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Can perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Provide a high level of customer service and build rapport
  • Show eagerness to learn and take initiative

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing applications/bookings via phone, email, and fax
  • Communicating with insurance providers
  • Making informed decisions regarding liability in automotive claims
  • Coordinating the delivery and collection of replacement vehicles
  • Contacting repair centers regarding vehicle repairs
  • Managing and responding to emails
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Conducting data entry
