We are seeking an experienced Practice Consultant who can provide expert advice and guidance to staff, while maintaining service standards and quality processes. You will also be responsible for developing policies, driving practice excellence through training and capability building, and ensuring services remain person-centred, trauma-informed, and culturally secure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to staff on financial services, debt management, and consumer protection
  • Maintain service standards and quality processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Develop policies and procedures that promote best practice and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Drive practice excellence through training and capability building, ensuring staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services
  • Represent Anglicare WA in sector forums and advocate on financial wellbeing issues
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and extensive experience in financial services or a related field
  • Knowledge of psycho-social impacts of financial stress, instability, and poverty, as well as individual, social, and structural factors involved
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed supervision skills and ability to lead and influence others
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and processes
