Job Description

The Workplace Wellbeing Specialist will provide high-quality support to clients at their workplace, assessing work stressors and risk factors. They will offer solution-focused interventions and coaching, utilizing excellent time management skills.

  • Provide employee assistance programmes (EAP) and workplace wellbeing support to teams.
  • Deliver workshops, training sessions, peer supervision for managers, and general support.
  • Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces.
  • Offer solution-focused interventions and coaching.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in allied health or a related field.
  • Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions.
  • Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Be caring, compassionate, and driven to make a positive difference in people's lives.
