About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key position within the Executive Management team of the Group and plays a critical role in assisting the Group achieve its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare the Budget and Monthly Management Reports for Management/the Executive and Board consideration.
  • Financial Forecasting: Production of Forecasts for the remainder of the Financial Year.
  • Cash Flow Management: Management of the cashflows and cashflow forecasting.
  • Financial Reporting: Submission of the annual financial statements for external audit and successful completion of annual audit.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the identification of new business opportunities.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with respect to legislative and regulatory requirements and internally with respect to contemporary financial policies and procedures, and risk management.
About You

To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will:

  • be a Chartered Accountant (ANZ) or CPA, or equivalent.
  • have proven experience in successfully leading the finance function of a medium-sized organisation to achieve strategic and operational goals.
  • have a proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior management and Boards.
  • have highly developed communication, inter-personal and negotiation skills including the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships throughout the organisation and externally.
