About the Role

The Data Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the effectiveness and evolution of our loyalty programs. This role is responsible for validating and analysing data from the Loyalty Management System, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring performance metrics and reporting tools meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and validate data feeds from the LMS to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Work closely with the LMS provider to resolve anomalies and enhance data reporting capabilities.
  • Scope, design, and build Power BI dashboards for real-time reporting access across key business functions.
  • Ensure reporting and analysis complies with internal data governance practices and relevant privacy regulations.
  • Develop and maintain regular program performance reports, including total program KPIs, individual campaign outcomes, and local area marketing activities.
  • Support the Loyalty Manager in defining and tracking success metrics for campaigns and program health.
  • Analyse member behaviour and program trends to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Partner with CRM and marketing teams to test and scale targeted loyalty initiatives based on insights.

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, experience working with Loyalty Management Systems, and excellent communication skills.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years' experience in a data or insights role, ideally in loyalty, CRM, retail, or customer-focused environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI); experience with Loyalty Management Systems or CRM platforms highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, ideally within a loyalty, CRM, or retail environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Understanding of loyalty program mechanics and performance levers.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
