Employee Experience Insights SpecialistWe're looking for a talented individual to join our People & Culture team. As an Employee Experience Insights Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in turning data into actionable insights that enhance our people strategy and culture.In this exciting position, you will work closely with the People & Culture team to improve employee experiences across the entire employee lifecycle – onboarding, engagement, performance, and offboarding.You will be responsible for analysing employee lifecycle and engagement data to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and provide valuable insights to the CPO and Executive team.Maintaining metrics is also a key aspect of this role, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting for the Board, Executive Committee, and key stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have experience in People & Culture, HR, People Analytics, or a similar field.They will be proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and survey tools, possessing excellent communication skills with the ability to tell a story through data.This role offers the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about employee experience and dedicated to continuously improving how people feel at work.
  • Analyse employee lifecycle data to identify areas of improvement and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain effective People & Culture metrics, including ESG reporting.
