We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Co-ordinator, Community Development and Horticulture. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a critical part at Council and observe the output of their work within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate your team to deliver superior horticultural services across parks, streetscapes, renewal and public conveniences.
  • Operational Performance: Oversee operational performance and compliance—from graffiti removal and street cleaning to bushland and tree management—against strategic and performance frameworks.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate people, resources and budgets to meet program objectives while ensuring Health, Safety, Environment and Quality targets and sustainability initiatives are achieved.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications or extensive experience in horticulture, land management or urban landscape coordination. They will excel at planning and organising, with proven ability to lead a team, optimise resources and deliver projects on time.
