We are seeking a skilled and experienced horticultural professional to join our team as a property maintenance specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in gardening and asset upkeep, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This role requires the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, to plan and coordinate garden maintenance programs across multiple residential locations. A high level of physical fitness is also essential, as this position involves regular outdoor work in various weather conditions.
The successful candidate will have at least three to five years' experience in gardening or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively are also highly desirable.
