Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to gather technical requirements and design solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Create project proposals, and technical documents, and handle procurement activities.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to offer up-to-date solutions and recommendations.
  • Provide post-sales technical support, and troubleshooting issues to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in a system engineering role, ideally in a System Integrator or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work well within cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in system administration for operating systems like Windows Server, Linux, and Unix.
  • Networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
  • Virtualization proficiency (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
  • Experience with storage systems (SAN, NAS) and database management (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Understanding of network security principles, firewall configuration, and identity authentication.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

About the Role:
