About the Role:

As a Career Transition Specialist, you will be working closely with individuals to empower them on their recovery journey. You will conduct meaningful assessments and guide them through life-changing career transitions.

  • You will support clients with care and compassion, identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Collaborating with a wide circle of stakeholders, including health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key players to co-create solutions that make a real difference.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology and be registered with AHPRA or ESSA.
