As a Bid Coordinator, you will lead the preparation and submission of winning proposals while ensuring timely delivery of compelling, compliant, and well-written content. You will possess strong writing and organisation skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to generate creative ideas while working both independently and collaboratively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • ]">
  • Work with sales teams to respond to EOI's, RFPs and RFQs to manage proposal development processes]
  • Lead the development and submission of winning bid responses]
  • Work closely with departments to complete proposal strategies and ensure messages are articulated throughout proposals]
  • Schedule management reviews and approvals during proposal development]
  • Manage pipeline reporting through CRM systems ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date]
  • Research and gather information to include corporate details, specifications, scope delineations, and other standard materials]
  • Review quotes to ensure suppliers/subcontractor inclusions and exclusions are accurate]
  • Understand business value propositions and communicate them through proposals]
  • Improve organisation, flow, readability, completeness, and clarity of proposals]
  • Maintain, update and improve libraries of reusable components, templates, and processes to reduce response times and improve quality on future bids]
  • Debrief teams after proposal submissions on successful or unsuccessful strategies and tactics]
  • Facilitate retrospective assessments on proposals and refine future proposal strategies, processes, templates, and training]
  • Update CRM systems and other reporting documents as required]
  • Update proposals with client-requested changes post submissions as required">

Requirements:

  • Degree in building surveying, engineering, or related construction fields]
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office]
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail]
  • Understanding of construction including ability to read and understand plans, engineering drawings, and scope of works documents]
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems]
  • 2+ years' experience in design or building and construction industries]
  • Highly efficient in using Microsoft Office suites and InDesign]
  • Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills]
  • Ability to work in deadline-conscious, results-driven environments">
