Experienced Food Service Professional Wanted for Dynamic Kitchen Team

DreamWorld is seeking a skilled and dedicated food service professional to join our dynamic kitchen team.
**About the Role:**
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Qualified Chef/Cook to work in a fast-paced environment, preparing and presenting high-quality menu items to our guests.
**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor food quality upon delivery and assist with stock management.
- Prepare and present menu items with an emphasis on quality assurance and adhering to specified quantities for special orders.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Lead kitchen staff and collaborate with other F&B personnel for efficient operations.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in kitchen operations, preferably in events and fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of all aspects of high-volume food preparation and presentation with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Highly reliable, motivated, team player with strong attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a 7-day roster including weekends, early mornings, evenings, late nights, and public holidays.
- Good physical ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work.
- Have a good working knowledge and practical application of Food Safe Standards.
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery will be highly regarded.
