Sector Development Professional
Role SummaryThis role involves building the capacity, knowledge and confidence of practitioners, organisations, sectors and communities to respond compassionately to child sexual abuse and its impacts across the lifespan.
The Sector Development Professional will work with victims and survivors, external stakeholders, and internal teams to design and deliver professional learning programs and resources that drive practice change and strengthen sector responsiveness.
All initiatives are grounded in diverse perspectives, drawing on lived and living expertise, cultural knowledge, research and practice wisdom from both national and state contexts.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation at a time of significant growth and expansion. We are seeking a talented and experienced professional who can help us build sector capacity and deliver evidence-based learning and resources that centre Lived and Living Experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate and deliver professional learning activities, including workshops, webinars, e-learning and blended courses.
- Apply adult learning principles to design inclusive, engaging and practical learning experiences across diverse sector contexts.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with practitioners, sector partners, victims and survivors and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Lived Experience Team to ensure safe, ethical and supported engagement with survivors, so their expertise meaningfully informs all initiatives.
- Manage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and to agreed quality standards.
