Capacity Building Specialist

Job Overview
The Sector Development Lead position requires a professional to build the capacity, knowledge, and confidence of practitioners, organizations, sectors, and communities to respond effectively to child sexual abuse and its impacts throughout an individual's lifetime.
This role involves collaborating with victims and survivors, external stakeholders, and internal teams to design and deliver high-quality professional learning programs and resources that drive practice change and enhance sector responsiveness.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the non-profit sector
Strong understanding of child development and trauma-informed care
Excellent communication and project management skills
