We are seeking a key player to join our lean, high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating new opportunities, managing investor materials, supporting both equity and debt funding initiatives, and contributing to special projects across the business.
Key Responsibilities- M&A transactions, investment assessment, capital raising, and corporate strategy development
- Evaluating new prospects and managing investor documentation
- Supporting both equity and debt funding activities
- Contributing to strategic projects across the business
- 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, Big 4 corporate finance or transaction services, corporate development, or real asset funds management
- Strong financial modeling skills, valuation expertise, and commercial acumen
- Ability to manage projects independently and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Flexible working arrangements
