In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of our cardiac team, providing administrative support that ensures smooth day-to-day operations and enhances the experience for both patients and staff. Your skills will truly matter here.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with completing coronary care certificates as needed.
  • Manage patient bookings, assist with medical records, and coordinate appointments for the Cardiac Unit.
  • Interact with patients, their families, and medical professionals.
  • Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operation of the unit.
  • Work closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other staff members.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous secretarial or administration experience (ideally within a healthcare setting).
  • Strong communication skills – you'll be the first point of contact for patients and medical staff.
  • Attention to detail – accuracy is key when managing medical records and patient information.
  • Adaptability and multitasking – ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
