In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of our cardiac team, providing administrative support that ensures smooth day-to-day operations and enhances the experience for both patients and staff. Your skills will truly matter here.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with completing coronary care certificates as needed.
- Manage patient bookings, assist with medical records, and coordinate appointments for the Cardiac Unit.
- Interact with patients, their families, and medical professionals.
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operation of the unit.
- Work closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other staff members.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous secretarial or administration experience (ideally within a healthcare setting).
- Strong communication skills – you'll be the first point of contact for patients and medical staff.
- Attention to detail – accuracy is key when managing medical records and patient information.
- Adaptability and multitasking – ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
