**About the Role**

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Support Coordinator to join our team. As an Investment Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our property investment department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Manage data entry, maintenance, report generation, and system functions with precision and accuracy.
  • Support equity raise tasks by preparing materials and assisting investor applications.
  • Offer general administrative support to the team and director, including document formatting and meeting coordination.
  • Act as the marketing champion, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and coordinating social media and event activities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [AUD 55,000 - AUD 65,000] per annum salary, depending on experience.
  • Administration and/or customer service experience is essential.
  • Commercial real estate experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with investor relations and administrative support tasks is beneficial.
