About the Role

  • Delegate workflow tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex inquiries
  • Coordinate event management activities for stores and offices
  • Perform senior-level administrative tasks as required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in a senior business support role
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong coaching and support mindset
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills
