Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and support to Business Support Administrators
- Delegate workflow tasks to ensure timely completion
- Act as a point of escalation for complex inquiries
- Coordinate event management activities for stores and offices
- Perform senior-level administrative tasks as required
About You
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a senior business support role
- Ability to multitask and achieve results
- Strong coaching and support mindset
- Intermediate computer literacy skills
