About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Support Administrator to join our team at our Perth Office.

The successful candidate will provide coaching and support for Business Support Administrators, delegate workflow tasks, and be a point of escalation for complex inquiries.

Key responsibilities include coordinating event management activities, managing ad hoc tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, experience in a Senior Business Support role, and the ability to multitask successfully.

You will also possess strong coaching and support skills, intermediate computer literacy, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
