As a strategic event planner and administrative expert, you will play a pivotal role in crafting, planning, and delivering exceptional school events that foster meaningful community connections and elevate the public profile of Heritage Christian School.
Primary Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive plans for major school events, including celebrations, open days, information evenings, and community gatherings.
- Collaborate with external vendors, staff, and families to ensure seamless event execution and attention to detail.
- Support the school's broader administrative efforts through high-quality communications, newsletters, and calendar coordination.
- Take ownership of several key parent-facing platforms (excursion management, bus service, lunch service, and parent app), ensuring families experience clear, professional communication and streamlined processes.
- Proven experience in event coordination or similar roles.
- Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent outcomes.
- Committed to building strong relationships and supporting community connection.
- Self-motivated, efficient, and takes ownership of responsibilities.
- Aligns with the Christian values and mission of Heritage Christian School by having an authentic Christian faith.
