Job Description:
- As a key member of our People team, this role plays a pivotal part in supporting managers and staff across the organization by providing expert advice and practical assistance across a broad range of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to managers on day-to-day human resources issues.
- Collaborate with leaders to drive positive outcomes in employee relations, performance management, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Assist managers in conducting employee investigations, ensuring fairness and due process.
- Support the growth of Human Resources team members through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, continuously improving, and safe work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience as an HR generalist, with a solid understanding of HR practices and legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and project management skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and cooperatively.
- Commitment to confidentiality, professional standards, and a proactive approach.
Benefits:
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 of your salary.
- Further salary-packaging benefits available include meal and entertainment expenses, accommodation and venue hire, private novated leasing and additional superannuation contributions.

The role is classified at the ASO 5 level under the Novita Enterprise Agreement.
