Strategic HR Partnership Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced human resources professional to join our dynamic team as a Lead Human Resources Business Partner. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing specialist human resource related advice and expertise to support the effective delivery of HR initiatives across the organisation.

The role requires strong leadership and advisory skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders, employees, and stakeholders. A high level of emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional HR services and can contribute to the development and improvement of systems and processes that underpin our organisational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and employees on employee relations matters, restructures, and other HR-related issues.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives and improve workforce engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR policy and procedure development.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services and improving organisational performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
