The Opportunity

Join a high-performing APAC team as the second Account Manager responsible for post-enterprise growth strategy and execution.

As an Account Manager, you’ll focus on helping projects succeed, naturally resulting in enterprise growth and expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own post-enterprise growth strategy and execution for key Australian accounts
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior champions across customer organisations
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders
  • Generate expansion opportunities within enterprise customers
  • Partner with and guide customer success managers to deliver great onboarding and activation for customers
  • Help customers establish consistent operating processes across their projects
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that resonate with project stakeholders
  • Adapt and iterate your version of our proven playbooks
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual expansion targets
