Within the Rail and Technology Systems sector, you will lead integrated systems for road and rail infrastructure projects.
You are uniquely positioned and resourced to support clients in their goals of providing exceptional transport solutions.
Our services include infrastructure building and asset management, rail systems, signalling and communications, tunnel, and intelligent transport systems.
The opportunity exists to lead rail systems projects within a designated program or region to achieve objectives and contractual deliverables.
You will work across a portfolio of Projects in Train Control Systems and Signalling Projects on the east coast.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead teams to excel in all aspects of assigned projects, fostering collaboration innovation, and alignment with project delivery standards.
- Conduct detailed reviews of project scope, schedules, and quality requirements as outlined in project handover documentation.
- Collaborate with operations and functional teams to assemble and mobilise high-performing project teams.
- Rigorously apply risk and opportunity methodologies to optimise project outcomes by realising opportunities and mitigating risks.
- Maintain regular communication and reporting with key clients to meet contractual requirements.
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in rail signalling design, signal construction, and signal design management.
- Expertise in a similar role with experience gained in the rail industry including signalling design / construction.
- Expertise or strong interest in project control techniques, earned value management, S-curve reporting, risk and opportunity management, and project financial forecasting.
