Rail Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and plan rail operations in a safe, environmentally sensitive, and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to mentor and encourage employee consultation programs that add value to site safety, health, risk management, environmental compliance, and quality.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work closely with customers to meet contract needs and expectations on a day-to-day basis. The primary objective is to lead customer business review processes and provide customer service to internal and external customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Effective leadership and communication skills to mentor and encourage employee consultation programs.
- Ability to develop, comply with, and promote the Safety, Health, and Environment Management Plan and Master Risk Register.
- Strong understanding of safety culture, risk management, environmental compliance, and quality principles.
Working closely with customers to meet contract needs and expectations on a day-to-day basis.
OthersYou will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and reporting of rail services and train operations in accordance with company requirements.
