Job Opportunity

We have an immediate requirement for a Project Coordinator - Rail Infrastructure specialist to join our team. This role focuses on engineering interface resolution, stakeholder coordination, and documentation assurance. Our ideal candidate will ensure actions, approvals, and documentation are tracked and closed for operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interface and assurance activities across internal teams and multiple delivery partners
  • Prepare, track, and close out waivers, engineering changes, and stakeholder actions
  • Monitor and report on works readiness, access requests, and technical documentation
  • Support engineering assurance and integration resolution across stations, tunnels, and supporting systems
  • Ensure interface records and configuration documentation are complete and auditable
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and follow-ups to close out outstanding engineering or operations-related actions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
  • Prior project engineering or management experience within rail infrastructure, construction, or major transport projects
  • Exposure to Victorian infrastructure projects or government alliances would be advantageous
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels
