We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Specimen Collector.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collect blood and other specimens from patients, including performing 24-hour Blood Pressure and Holter monitoring.
  • Process pathology specimens using efficient techniques.
  • Manage administrative tasks and process paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues, referring doctors, and patients.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service delivery.
  • Prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and demonstrate organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize computer software for documentation and record-keeping.
  • Comply with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Work independently and participate in weekend shifts at collection centers.
  • Meet vaccination and child safety requirements: be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and hold a Blue Card (Working with Children).
Requirements

Venepuncture experience is essential using the vacutainer method. Experience with ABP and Holter monitors is advantageous but not mandatory.
