Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in the health, aged care or community sectors is highly desirable.
  • A Certificate III in Pathology Specimen Collection would be an advantage.
  • The ideal candidate will have confidence to work independently, sometimes in solo collection centres.
  • Efficient time management and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • A willingness to learn new things and adapt to variety within the role is crucial.
  • A First Aid Certificate is necessary.
