About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Analyst to join our team at AUS Medtronic Australia. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful management of our contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert contract review and analysis to ensure compliance with company guidelines and authorization levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to negotiate and manage contracts.
  • Lead a team of Contract Specialists and manage contracts across the ANZ region.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts and agreements.
  • Develop and implement effective contract management processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
