A leading government agency is seeking a
**Remedy Application Support Analyst** for an initial
**6 month contract** based in
**Sydney CBD/hybrid**.

The
**Application Support Analyst** contributes to the development and maintenance of large, complex corporate systems that facilitate the achievement of the agency's core business through the use of process and technology.

The role prepares system documentation and progress reports, and contributes to the positive, customer-focussed team environment

**Key responsibilities for this role**:

- Assesses and manages a variety of tasks; contributes to resolutions of technical problems relating to programs / systems
- Collaborates with other IT specialists to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provides technical support regarding existing programs / systems; escalates complex and/or difficult matters to the role supervisor or a senior specialist.

**Key requirements for this role**:

- Ability to analyse and translate user requirements into computer based programs and systems.
- Hands on knowledge of Remedy and Connetix
- Development understanding and background nice to have
- Knowledge of IT service management principles and frameworks including ITIL, process tools, frameworks, and best practice methods.
- Ability to adhere to a quality management system and formal methodologies.
