About the Role
  • IDentify key clients and develop strategies to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Independently manage complex engineering projects requiring substantial professional experience.
  • Improve professional engineering tasks, project management, and project controls through efficient processes and technologies.
  • Conduct site-based inspections, engineering, and commissioning services for internal and external projects.
  • Monitor project controls and assessment, design, and documentation within time, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
About You
  • Hold an engineering degree or equivalent qualification recognized by Engineers Australia (CPEng/RPEQ highly regarded).
  • Demonstrate extensive design experience in a leading engineering consultancy.
  • Showcase skills in project coordination and collaboration on large-scale projects.
  • Possess RC, PT, timber, and steel design expertise, along with lateral stability experience with large-scale and complex buildings.
  • Have a strong working knowledge of various design software packages.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities with proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor others.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate technical and project information with clients, staff, and management.
