Project Engineer Position

Future Form is a leading structures contractor with over 20 years of experience, renowned for delivering large-scale, complex projects across NSW, ACT, and QLD. Our team focuses on development and nurturing future leaders within the industry.

The Role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to co-lead one of our landmark projects in the Sydney Region. In this role you will be responsible for facilitating the timely and efficient construction of the project. Responsibilities include:

  • Co-leading the project alongside the Project Manager, being accountable for both the construction and commercial outcomes of the project
  • Leading Project Engineers and Site Engineers as well as the wider team to manage the timely and cost-effective construction of the project
  • Managing subcontract packages including their commercial outcomes and overall coordination
  • Attending internal meetings to report progress and resolve issues onsite
  • Communicating daily with internal contract administrators and planners to report any delay in progress to site
Requirements

To be successful in this position you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering or project management
  • Minimum 7 years post graduate experience managing structural trades
  • A collaborative nature to ensure client satisfaction while delivering results
