Job Title: Structural Project Lead

This is a key position within our established and growing structural team.

The role of the Structural Project Technical Lead/Team Leader involves driving business growth through strategic marketing, client engagement, and consistent project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading project delivery from concept design through to construction, ensuring technical excellence.
  • Playing a key role in business development and client engagement, including maintaining and expanding existing relationships.
  • Identifying new opportunities and contributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives.
  • Overseeing project financials, including fee proposals, resourcing, budgeting, and profitability.
  • Managing and mentoring engineers and drafters within the team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years' relevant project technical experience in the consulting or engineering industry.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Structural/Civil Engineering).
  • CPEng/NER accreditation.
  • Registered Design Practitioner or on pathway to achieve, highly desirable.
