Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to spearhead various building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, leading cross-functional teams to achieve objectives
  • Manage structural design of reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, steel, and timber structures
  • Conduct site inspections as required, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Collaborate with clients, councils, architects, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects
  • Review and sign off on projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Chartered Engineer or in the process of being chartered is highly advantageous
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure
