Job Overview

We are growing rapidly and are looking to continue our path of expansion with a motivated engineer to strengthen our team. We are currently seeking a Structural Engineer who is ready to make a real impact on our dynamic and growing business.

What You Will Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years of structural engineering experience in Australia on residential, commercial and industrial projects

  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software; Structural Toolkit and AutoCAD are essential

  • Experience with Bluebeam, INDUCTA, SpaceGASS, or REVIT is advantageous

  • Strong knowledge of Australian Design Codes, Standards, and Regulations for loading, concrete structure, steel structure, masonry structure, timber structure, footing etc (e.g., AS1170, AS4100, AS3600, AS3700, AS1684, AS2870, AS1720, AS4055)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Apply advanced engineering principles and software tools to design and analyse structural systems, including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry components

  • Manage assigned projects from concept to completion

  • Prepare engineering reports, drawings, and certificates

  • Conduct site inspections to assess conditions and ensure compliance with design specifications

  • Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by the Director
