We are seeking an exceptional lawyer to join our team as a Lead Commercial Litigator, specializing in class actions. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise and drive business growth.

About the Role

As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling complex commercial disputes, including class actions, in the superior courts. You will work closely with our Managing Partner and top-calibre partners to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, with a focus on class actions and personal injury law. You will possess excellent technical drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on class actions and personal injury law;
  • Excellent technical drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills;
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • A strong understanding of common law personal injury law;
  • Experience litigating in the higher courts, preferably the Federal and Supreme Courts;
  • A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
