Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Efficiently manage bookings and customer requests with attention to detail.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Accurately record and process customer interactions using relevant CRM and booking systems.
  • Collaborate with the operations team for seamless service delivery.
  • Support our commitment to safety and sustainability.

About You

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Strong communicator with telephone and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with multiple communication channels management capabilities.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • CRM system usage and Microsoft Office product knowledge are required.
  • A team-oriented attitude with collaborative goals is necessary.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sustainability practices is beneficial.
