Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a high-volume contact centre environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to general enquiries related to accounts, billing and triage calls to other business areas in a professional and customer service-focused manner.
  • Provide accurate and consistent advice and information as per organisational processes and standards to ensure optimal service delivery and put the customer at the centre.
  • Manage 30-50 inbound calls daily, with some email correspondence.
  • Navigate multiple systems effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule compliance, AHT, quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a high-volume contact centre environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills and adaptability and resilience when dealing with challenging customer situations.
