Rippling Global Implementation Lead

As an Implementation Manager at Rippling, you will play a critical role in the success of our customers by implementing and driving the adoption of our global products. You will leverage your expertise in payroll, HR, and finance to provide exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be a foundational team member of Rippling's Global Implementation team and contribute to the growth and development of our APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and implement our global all-in-one Employee Management Platform.
- Set and manage customer expectations, de-escalating concerns effectively.
- Drive customer timelines and adoption, enabling our customers to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and products.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Australian-based payroll, HR, or finance domains.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Australian labour laws and payroll requirements, particularly Modern Awards and enterprise agreements.
- Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

The Global Implementation team is a dynamic and growing department that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As an Implementation Manager, you will work closely with account executives, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
Location
This role is based in Sydney, Australia.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
