Implementation Manager, Australia Payroll Specialist

As a specialist in global payroll implementation, you will work closely with customers across various segments to implement and drive the adoption of Rippling's global products.
With a deep understanding of Australian labour laws and payroll requirements, you will leverage your expertise to ensure seamless implementation experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with clients to accurately interpret modern awards or enterprise agreements
- Partner with Implementation, Sales, and Support teams to ensure customer needs are being met
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues
- Maintain in-product templates for standard Modern Awards configurations
- Track ongoing updates to Australian labour laws and ensure Rippling's product remains on the cutting edge of those changes
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the HCM or Payroll space
- Demonstrated knowledge of Australian labour laws and payroll requirements
- Proven track record of success managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Stellar communication and presentation skills
- A passion for building relationships and driving an exceptional customer experience
