The Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our Global Implementation team in Sydney. As an Implementation Manager, you will work closely with our customers to implement and drive the adoption of Rippling's global products. You will leverage your deep domain expertise in payroll and HR to partner with our customers and internal teams to deliver a best-in-class implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to understand their implementation needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of Rippling's products
  • Develop and maintain documentation for implementation processes and best practices
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve processes and products
  • Live and breathe the Rippling company values on a daily basis
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Australian-based payroll and experience with HR and/or finance domains
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Australian labour laws and payroll requirements, particularly Modern Awards and enterprise agreements
  • Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously, on time and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
