This role offers a unique opportunity to be a foundational team member of Rippling's Global Implementation team and a foundational member of our APAC team.



About the Role

This Implementation Manager will work with customers across various segments to implement and drive the adoption of Rippling's global products.



Key Responsibilities


  • Interpret modern awards and enterprise agreements for clients during and after implementation
  • Partner with Implementation, Sales, and Support teams to ensure customer needs are met throughout their customer journey
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues and provide feedback on product enhancements related to Australian compliance laws and best practices
  • Maintain in-product templates for standard Modern Awards configurations
  • Track ongoing updates to Australian labour laws and ensure Rippling's product remains on the cutting edge of those changes
  • Support the development and documentation of processes and best practices in Rippling for customers and prospects


Requirements


  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the HCM or Payroll space
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Australian labour laws and payroll requirements, particularly modern awards and enterprise agreements
  • Proven track record of success managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for any audience
  • Passion for building relationships and a deep commitment to driving an exceptional customer experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and excellent work product, time management, and project execution
  • Excellent client-facing verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills, a growth mindset, and a desire to continuously improve
