Administrative Support Officer Job

">About the Role">

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team in a full-time capacity. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our local teams across the Northern Territory.

">Main Responsibilities">
  • Provide administrative support to Corps Officers with tasks during staff and volunteer onboarding">
  • Coordinate volunteer training to meet mandatory safety and compliance standards">
  • Keep volunteer records up to date and ensure compliance requirements are met">
  • Process invoices, reimbursements, and manage asset registers">
  • Liaise with IT, Payroll, and Finance teams to resolve local admin needs">
  • Support teams remotely and occasionally travel across the state as needed">
">Requirements">
  • A friendly, professional approach to working with people">
  • Experience in general admin, customer service, and strong computer literacy">
  • Good attention to detail and experience with systems like Workday (ideal)">
  • Confidence working independently, especially across multiple sites or remote locations">
  • An understanding of compliance in the not-for-profit or volunteer sector">
  • A current driver's licence and ability to travel state-wide">
  • Required background checks">
