SEE First Nations Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced project coordinator to support the delivery of our SEE First Nations project in Arnhem Land. This role will play a vital part in empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants to build confidence, identify strengths and transition toward meaningful, sustainable employment.

You will work closely with our team, stakeholders and project partners to deliver impactful training across Mimal and Warddeken Land Management. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in co-designing and implementing a three-year SEE First Nations project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize stakeholder engagement and co-design principles to develop a tailored program that meets community expectations.
  • Coordinate the team to deliver hands-on, place-based and strengths-focused training that aligns with the program's objectives.
  • Provide quality documentation and reporting, monitoring and adapting the project to support positive learner outcomes.
  • Work effectively in a remote setting, traveling to Arnhem Land for one week per month and working from Darwin for the remainder.
